Payments and cancellations policy
What to know before booking
- Payment for the first session must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to pay in advance will cause cancellation of the session.
- Failure to show for session will result in full fee charged. *
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will result in 50% fee charged.*
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me via phone call or text message on 0435 311 942 as soon as possible.
